What services do you provide as a event/wedding venue?

Hidden View Farm provides you with the perfect back drop for your special event.

Weddings – Ceremony seating (up to 150 guests), ceremony arch (traditional or rustic wood), Yard Games; Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Ring Toss. You also receive day of driveway/parking guidance.

Amish Barn and porch, we have tables and seating for up to 60 people.

Family Reunion/Corporate Event – Yard Game as above, 2 gas grills (propane not included)

Is there a space for me and my bridal party to get ready before the ceremony?

Yes! We always include day-of use of our fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in The Manor House. There’s plenty of room for you and your besties to get ready for the day! Ask about adding an overnight stay and breakfast!

What’s the maximum number of guests can you accommodate for an event?

We’ve hosted outdoor events for as many as 250 people. Our Amish Baron and enclosed porch can accommodate 50 – 60 seated guests and 75 guests Cocktail style.

***We can accommodate up to 50 cars for on-site parking. You can acquire a shuttle service to transport your guests to and from Hidden View. There are several hotels/opportunities for meeting.***

What happens if it’s raining and my wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside?

Depending on the number of guests, we can have the ceremony in the Amish Barn, up to 75 guests. You can also have the ceremony in your reception tent.

I’m doing a majority of the planning, decor, etc myself. On the day of the wedding does Hidden View Farm Coordinate the floral, photographers, catering, etc?

No, we do not. We have an on site team to handle anything needed as to the venue, not your specific vendors, etc. We do offer day of coordination, for an added fee.

What’s the most expensive part of a wedding?

Catering/Food will be your biggest expense. A sit down 3 coarse dinner can start at $125 and go up. You can do a buffet style lowering the cost to $95 – $100. There are many options that we can add to your list!

What if we are having alcohol at our event?

If your caterer is providing the alcohol, they have all the needed licensing and permits. If you are providing your own alcohol, you will need to acquire a day of Liquor Permit from Anne Arundel County.

Can we have a DJ/Band at our reception?

Absolutely! It’s a celebration. All music must end by 10:00 PM and all guests/vendors must exit the property by 11:00 PM
